REVIEW - RIMMEL WONDER'FULL MASCARA

I am forever on the hunt for a new mascara that I'll love more than the last because I quite clearly have commitment issues when it comes to mascaras. I'm on a journey to find the holy grail of mascaras, and I've come close before, so I'm determined I will find it! But in the meantime I'm trying out a few new ones that I really enjoy using. One that I haven't put down lately is the Rimmel Wonder'Full mascara*. When it comes to everyday mascara, I'm looking for something that gives me definition but can still look a little natural but also something that I can build, and I've found the Wonder'Full mascara does exactly that. The formula is very wet and lightweight, which is something I normally don't like, but it works really well to give a much more natural looking lash. It claims to give "zero clumps and feather-light volume" and I really can't disagree. The mascara adds a little amount of volume at the root of the lash and there isn't a single clump in sight, yay! If you want a more noticeably defined lash, a few more coats can be applied whilst it's still wet, and that is what I tend to do.
For me, drugstore mascara will alway triumph, and this one is just another that proves my point. If you want a lightweight mascara that leaves your lashes looking more defined and feeling conditioned, this is the one for you.

No7 LASH IMPACT MASCARA

So I'm back after almost a year of not blogging, and what better way to say hey then to review my new favourite mascara? No better way of course!

So anyways, I think I've found the holy grail of mascara, for me anyway! As you probably know I was avid lover of Benefit's They're Real mascara and until my dying day, I will love and preach about how amazing it is but this little beauty just beats They're Real for me. As much as I love They're Real mascara, I didn't think it gave me much volume in my lashes, which could make them look quite spidery if I didn't have any eyeliner on so imagine how excited I was when No7 launched this baby only a week ago promising 'dramatic looking lashes with maximum impact.' And oh boy they most certainly keep to their promise.

With one coat I've got volumised lashes and with two coats I've got the fuller lashes I've been lusting after for years.
The swatch is highly cropped due to my lack of makeup anywhere else on my face!
I really cannot recommend this mascara enough and the packaging is beyond beautiful - my holy grail without a doubt!

Lash Impact Mascara is available in Boots or online at boots.com and is currently on promotion for £10

THEY'RE REAL! MASCARA - GRAB IT WHILE YOU CAN

I'm definitely slow on jumping on the bandwagon with this mascara in the beauty blogging word, especially when I've read so many great reviews about it. The thing with me is I don't like opening products and not finishing them, so I was waiting for my previous mascara to run out before I brought the Benefit They're Real mascara, but when I saw that Elle Magazine was offering a free 40g sample with this months issue, it seemed totally logically to 'try before I buy!' Elle always has a great section on beauty anyways so it seems like it was £4.00 very well spent!

I was really dubious about this mascara because my lashes are very short and horrid and quite frankly don't do what any mascara says it will do, but I have truly discovered the holy grail of mascara! I must admit £19.50 for a mascara can be considered to be pricey but I promise you it is worth every penny, I've recently been out and purchased a full sized product! There is no surprise it's the UK's number one selling mascara, it lengthens and separates my lashes perfectly and comes off with ease.
I would suggest that if you're dubious about this mascara to try and get the freebie with Elle, but they're selling out fast!

So what do you think about Benefit's They're Real mascara? Can you suggest any better mascaras?
